The Property Development segment is involved in the development of industrial, commercial, residential, and resort properties in Batam, Bintan Islands, and Indonesia. The company also offers business management consultancy services; and wholesales hotels, resorts, and golf courses. Gallant Venture Ltd. was incorporated in 2003 and is headquartered in Singapore.
