The company has collaborations with Autonomous Therapeutics to target and treat metastatic tumors; ImmunoScape, Inc. to discover and develop T-cell receptor therapies against targets in solid tumors; and C-Further for the development of PRAME-targeted iNKT cell therapy for pediatric cancers. The company was formerly known as AgenTus Therapeutics, Inc. and changed its name to MiNK Therapeutics, Inc. in June 2021. The company was incorporated in 2017 and is based in New York, New York.
